At Eager Enrichment, we have been inspiring young minds since 2008 through high‑quality, hands‑on after‑school programs. We are seeking an energetic and experienced after‑school instructor to join our team! We provide all supplies, training, and curriculum so you can create a welcoming learning environment and help students reach their full potential. Ideal candidates are compassionate, creative, love working with Kindergarteners, and have a passion for art and Legos.

We run two classes in Avon:
Wednesday is Art (watercolors, clay, collages, oil pastels, markers);
Thursday is Eager Engineers (building with Blocs and Duplos). Candidates who can teach both classes are invited to apply.

Class size is limited to 15 for greater individual attention. This is part‑time afternoon work: one hour per day, once a day, two days a week. If you need more than 2 hours per week, this job is not for you. Classes run from January through May, with school holidays (President’s Day, Spring Break) off.

• Eager Artists – Wednesdays 3:30 pm‑4:45 pm
• Eager Engineers – Thursdays 3:30 pm‑4:45 pm

We supply everything you need—Legos, Blocs, art supplies, take‑home project materials—so you can focus on teaching. You’ll receive training in our award‑winning, proven education method, plus weekly project videos to guide each lesson. Projects are fresh and never repeated, keeping things exciting for both you and your students.

• Working toward or holding a college degree.
• 1–2+ years of experience working with children.
• Genuine love of Legos and building.
• Love of art, including watercolors, oil pastels, collages, and clay.
• Enjoys working with Kindergartners.
• Available Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 pm.

Salary: $35 per hour.
