Speech Language Pathologist, PRN – Lifepoint Health®

University Hospitals Avon Rehabilitation Hospital, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and University Hospitals, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver exceptional patient care on a PRN basis.

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and a current SLP license in the state of OH.
• Experience in an acute or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment required.
