• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Associate's degree from a PTA program and a current PTA license in the state of OH.
• Rehabilitation or acute care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
