** supporting our Avon manufacturing location, you'll drive people initiatives to shape & execute bold people strategies.

This high-impact HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership. The Avon site employs approximately 240 employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces Cool Whip and Lunchables and supports the Maintenance, Operations, and Materials leaders onsite.
** This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and might include some work outside of first shift operating hours.

* Minimum Requirements:

**
* ** 2+ Years of

Experience with in HR supporting hourly employees within a manufacturing environment (preferably a union site)
*** Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiency in workplace technology and systems (eg. Workday, MS Office Suite, etc)
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
* Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading change through others.
* Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments.
