Position Summary: This position requires a skilled and innovative Developer of AI Solutions to design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, data engineering, and cloud computing. Duties are performed under close supervision to develop AI strategies, architectures, and frameworks to deliver high-performance AI‑driven applications and services.

• Design and develop AI architectures and models to solve complex business problems.
• Support the integration of AI technologies into various platforms and systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to define AI solutions and roadmaps.
• Implement machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing algorithms.
• Develop and optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and security.
• Ensure the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring robust performance and operational efficiency.
• Continuously improve AI models based on evolving business needs and data insights.
• Oversee and implement best practices in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for machine learning.
• Manage AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, cloud platforms, and hardware resources.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and libraries.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies.
• Manage and collaborate on projects with internal and external AI teams.

• Familiar with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI solutions.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar like Snowflake.
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
• Creative, innovative, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to successfully team with software vendors, outsourcing partners and KB regional & global business and IT associates.
• Must be able to perform as an effective team member, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet business needs.

• 0-3 years of experience in AI architecture and design.
• Experience in AI solution design for large‑scale enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and generative models.
• Prior experience with Dev Ops practices for AI and machine learning lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
