• Work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop a thorough understanding of Menards’ business and operations.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and apply best‑practice strategies to support store performance.
• Prepare to take on a management role in the near future by demonstrating leadership and operational skills.

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business‑related degree is preferable.

• Competitive hourly wage plus an additional $3 per hour for Saturday and Sunday work.
