Qualifications
:

• 3+ years in operations improvement, ideally in agriculture or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Success Metrics
:

• 3–5% reduction in operational waste.
• 97%+ on-time canning completion.
• ROI delivery on automation projects.
• Improved labor alignment and SOP adoption.
