Overview

Precision Aircraft Component Painter role at Re:

Build Manufacturing

. Work as part of Cutting Dynamics, a long‑standing aerospace component manufacturer, delivering high‑quality parts and assemblies across aerospace, defense, and other advanced industries.

Schedule
  • 2nd shift, 5 days per week, 8‑hour shifts (2:00 pm–10:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces and apply aerospace coatings quickly, accurately, and safely.
  • Load and unload items from paint booths, drying racks, and related fixtures.
  • Perform cleaning and surface preparation before and after paint.
  • Mask parts following blueprints, travelers, or documented instructions.
  • Stage products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspection, or wrapping.
  • Verify finished work meets quality standards.
  • Start machines and equipment to execute paint and related processes.
  • Operate paint‑process equipment and instruments safely and efficiently; assist other operators as needed.
  • Keep the booth, tools, and work cell clean and orderly.
  • Follow all storage and material‑handling procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior industrial or automotive painting experience.
  • Demonstrated inspection capability.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • High integrity with a strong safety focus.
