Base pay range: $27.00/hr - $27.00/hr.
Pay & Shifts- $27.00 per hour base pay
- +$1.50/hour 2nd Shift Premium
- +$1.00/hour 3rd Shift Premium
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do- Operate and maintain 500-2,000 ton stamping presses (transfer systems)
- Set up, align, and install dies and transfer systems with die setters
- Start, monitor, and adjust press operations for quality and efficiency
- Inspect work pieces and make corrections as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and quality teams to maintain uptime and part quality
- Experience operating transfer system presses in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards
