$17.00/hr - $26.00/hr

As a Composite Press Technician, you’ll be hands‑on with the production and assembly of composite parts from start to finish. Your day starts by reviewing setup sheets, preparing the press, and configuring both basic and complex setups. You’ll run parts, monitor quality, and keep production flowing safely and efficiently.

• Power up and navigate the composite press, perform machine set ups, and verify parameters using the provided set up sheets.
• Own the full process: set up, inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, and steady production of composite press parts.
• Use set up sheets to execute both straightforward and complex set ups with accuracy.
• Inspect parts using QC inspection equipment to confirm they meet standards before moving on.
• Meet or exceed established production rates, targeting efficiencies at or above 100%.
• Configure and operate safety curtains and follow Safety Set Up Sheets for safe machine use throughout your shift.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working with composite materials preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
