• Execute precise paint applications on complex components to ensure optimal durability and finish quality.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning and specialized masking techniques, strictly adhering to technical blueprints and process travelers.
• Manage the loading and unloading of components within paint booths and drying systems to maintain efficient workflow.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that all finished products meet strict conformance standards.
• Operate and monitor specialized coating equipment, ensuring all machinery is calibrated for peak performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly following chemical storage and material handling protocols.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial or automotive painting environments.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed quality inspections.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics for mixing and measurement tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience working with aerospace or aviation-grade coatings.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
