• Starting pay from $18.00/hour
• $0.75/hour shift premium
• Vacation eligibility after 90 days

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections on products throughout the production process
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Participate in training programs to develop new skills and advance your career

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
