Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

The Home Depot is hiring for the Store Support role. The Store Support team performs non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Associates work cooperatively with other team members, vendors, and carriers, with little or some supervision, and must be detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

They should demonstrate integrity at all times and stay focused on store objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support non-sales functions to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with product order status, locate departments or merchandise, and answer questions
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required
• Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to address operational concerns
• Perform assigned operational tasks with attention to detail and timely execution

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills
• Ability to work with little or some supervision
• High level of integrity
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Willingness to perform a variety of non-sales duties as needed
