GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1325)  Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to support goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified to move merchandise or store fixtures where applicable.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking and packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; support duties such as Drive-Up or carryout as applicable.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
