We are a small group of employees who like to get their work done, and have camaraderie and fun along the way. This position is unique in that it not only helps address service needs for our customers, but also provides opportunities to help market and sell our insurance products.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
