Job SummaryHumano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Avon, IN.
The Freight Handlers will be responsible for unloading retail items and ensuring efficient handling of products. This is a full-time position available for the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), 5 days a week. Scanner/handheld experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits- Starting pay $17.50/hr with the opportunity to earn up to $23/hr based on productivity.
- Daily pay is offered along with a $200 employee referral bonus.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, and other warehouse duties.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols.
- Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks.
- Must live locally in the Avon, IN area.
- Unload retail items from containers and trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks and other equipment as needed.
- Follow specific instructions for handling and storing products.
- Meet productivity targets to maximize earnings.
