I opened my agency in 2003, and today we’re a strong, growing team of 11. Before opening the agency, I began my career in State Farm’s Claims Department, which gave me a deep understanding of the industry and a strong foundation for serving customers. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Utah and a dog lover — my two pups are an important part of my life and often part of the team culture, too.

As Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member for Derrick Spencer – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
