* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders

* Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently

* Prepare and package food items, including making pizzas

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Assist with basic food preparation tasks

* Answer phone calls and manage online orders

* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

* Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

* Support other areas of store operations as needed

Qualifications

* Must be at least {16 } years of age

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing orders

* Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds

* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
