• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Arizona State Certification in Special Education (K‑12).
• Classroom experience, especially with diverse learning needs.
• Familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development and implementation.

• Provide direct academic instruction based on the student's IEP and Arizona state standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Conduct academic evaluations and assess students’ skills and progress.
• Adapt and modify curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and disabilities.
• Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and other professionals to support student development and maintain records.
