As a Welding Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in the industry will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries. A Welding Instructor will be responsible for the effective training of the welding curriculum in the classroom and laboratory setting.
- $28–$32 per hour

- Inspire and educate: create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can flourish.
- Hands‑on training: lead by example and provide practical demonstrations.
- Curriculum development: collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones.
- Mentorship: guide and mentor students on their individual projects.
- Safety first: instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices.
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of practical welding experience, including MIG, TIG, stick and flux‑cored welding processes, oxy‑acetylene torch work, plasma cutting, and brazing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
