A Welding Instructor will be responsible for the effective training of the welding curriculum in the classroom and laboratory setting.

• $28–$32 per hour
• Weekends off

• Hands‑on training: lead by example and provide practical demonstrations.
• Curriculum development: collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones.
• Mentorship: guide and mentor students on their individual projects.

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of practical welding experience, including MIG, TIG, stick and flux‑cored welding processes, oxy‑acetylene torch work, plasma cutting, and brazing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
