• Utilize direct instruction techniques to guide students through activities that promote social, physical and intellectual growth for primary school success.
• Explore individual needs and provide side-by-side support to discover how each student learns best; develop personalized solutions to each student’s learning style and abilities.
• Master the proven curriculum, implement the school’s philosophy of education, and guide students toward curriculum goals.
• Evaluate each student’s learning capabilities and celebrate accomplishments.
• Encourage students to uphold school values and model mature behavior in the classroom, campus, and daily life.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A current K-12 Special Education Mild/Moderate OR Special Education Moderate/Severe teaching certificate within the state of the position.
• Ability to create positive energy, model the school values, inspire others, and engage with students, parents, and fellow educators.
• Willingness to participate in events outside of normal hours and travel between campuses as required.
• Background check requirements may vary by state (state and national criminal history checks).
