Special Education Teacher for a 36-week contract in Avondale, AZ. Responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans to support students with special needs. Earn competitive pay up to $57 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Create and adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning requirements
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to optimize student success
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
- Arizona state teaching certification in Special Education or equivalent credentials
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Special Education Teacher
- Proficiency in classroom management, IEP development, and student engagement
- Ability to work day shifts, pass background checks, and meet physical demands of a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekly direct deposit with next-day pay features coming soon, rates 13% above market average
