Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services.

• Implement therapeutic activities to address clients’ developmental goals.
• Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide family education and support to ensure effective carryover of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

• Active Arizona State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred.
• Article 9 Certification
