Program Assistant
CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Job SummaryThe Program Assistant works with multiple interdisciplinary teams at CBI sites to organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations, including managing reports, medical records, maintaining meeting records, and providing administrative activities. The Program Assistant will also coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor, oversee staff schedules and facilitate any office/supply orders with the Site Manager.

- Provide administrative support and handle office/supply orders.
- Coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor.
- Oversee staff schedules and collaborate with the Site Manager on administrative needs.
- High school Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
- 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
