Alamar Park Ballot Chase Representative

Overview

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to join TPAction’s Chase The Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging others to send in their ballots.

The Ballot Chaser will help build a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory. The Ballot Chaser works in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure goals are reached, foster community relationships, and track data daily.

• Maintain daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships and encourage ballot submission among constituents.
• Develop a community network system to identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in designated precincts.
• Collaborate with the Ballot Chase Manager to achieve goals, foster relationships, and track data daily.

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge and demonstrated competence with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
• Unmatched passion for conservative politics

• Chasers are required to have a valid driver license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable, and are required to pass a background check.
