As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Deliver individualized, age-specific bedside nursing care based on patient needs.
• Supervise and direct other healthcare employees in patient care.
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
• Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines.
• Occasionally take charge for shifts as needed.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Special Skills:
  • Effective interpersonal skills and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional pressure.
  • Basic computer skills.
• Minimum Requirements:
  • 1 year of acute care experience in MS or TELE/PCU/Cardiac.
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in CVICU or ICU, or a minimum of 2 years in Cardiac Stepdown.
  • BSN degree.
  • Certifications:
    • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arizona.
    • CPR or ACLS, as applicable.
