Moon Valley Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with pediatric experience (FNP-C) to join our well-established pediatric primary care practice in West Phoenix/Avondale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving patient panel at a practice that is actively growing.

Our Avondale practice has served the community for 5+ years and was recently acquired by a North Phoenix-based pediatrician expanding pediatric care in the area. We're moving into a brand-new, larger office just across the road and expanding our clinic days. We anticipate continued growth in this area and expect to add another provider within 6 months, meaning strong long-term stability and room for advancement for the right candidate.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, developmental screenings, and immunizations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans
• Educate and counsel patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care
• Participate in periodic quality improvement projects sponsored by the practice
• Collaborate with practice leadership as the clinic grows
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

• Education:
  
  Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited PNP or FNP program
• Certification:
  Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (CPNP-PC) preferred
• Licensure:
  Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain); new graduates welcome to apply
• BLS/PALS:
  Current BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Clinical skills:
  Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to warm, family-centered care
• Documentation:
  Proficiency with accurate, timely clinical documentation for compliance and continuity of care
