The Golf Sales Associate promotes and maintains a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, promotions, and merchandise.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate golf equipment.
• Educate customers on product differences to help them make informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide data during in‑store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized.
• Research merchandise availability, requisition stock, and manage inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store (bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 lbs, carrying, walking, reaching).
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheets, inventory, internet, and order processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Golf knowledge or background is required.
• Experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry‑level candidates considered).
