Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals.
• Provide member engagement, building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Membership sales (club and individual), membership billing, customer service, and information hub.

• Takes ownership of results.

• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player, willing to jump into any task.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.

• Comfortable with computer/technology, quick shift focus, phone etiquette, good at math.
• Must be 20 hours a week, work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.
• Must successfully pass background check.

Hourly position with potential annual earnings $32,000—$62,000 USD.
