Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity
• Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Greater Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV or surrounding areas, preferably Greater Phoenix, requiring local travel throughout the surrounding sales market. Company vehicle provided.
• This is an entry-level opportunity designed to provide the training and experience needed to grow a successful career in sales.
• Vehicle Remarketing sales position for Ally Smart Auction. Smart Auction is an industry-leading online auto auction that offers access to a virtual inventory of wholesale vehicles for eligible dealers of all brands.
• Responsible for developing and increasing vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory to attain territory targets.
• Grow the active dealer base through equipping, training, and coaching them on how to solve used vehicle needs utilizing Smart Auction.
• In-person customer contacts on a daily basis throughout the assigned territory, designed to grow the engaged dealer base and increase utilization.
• Attend meetings and conventions, dealer and remarketing trade shows and managing special projects as requested by management.

The Work Itself Increase the buying and selling of used vehicles through Ally’s online auto auction, Smart Auction.

Train, equip, and enable dealer customers to utilize Smart Auction.

Facilitate new dealer introductions, on-boarding, training and providing overall sales support as needed.

Ensure dealer customers are current on all promotions and incentives being offered.

Daily in-person dealer customer contacts are required.

Assist or lead Zoom or in-person training for dealers as needed.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For Experience in financial services, automotive remarketing, automotive, or similar industry preferred.
1+ years’ sales experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.

Education may be used as a proxy for the experience.

Valid drivers license required.

Leverage relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.

Strong direct selling skills conducive to a commission-based compensation plan.#DFSMinimum Qualifications 1+ years of experience
