The Role
As a CBRE Landscape Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of grounds, plants, and foliage for a designated property in the Downtown Phoenix area. This role is part of the Landscaping function and involves regular maintenance, inspections, and incident reporting.
Work schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
- Perform all landscape responsibilities within the standard scope of duties, including mowing grass, trimming bushes and trees, light irrigation, etc.
- Conduct daily maintenance requirements on site.
- Assist supervisor with regular site inspections.
- Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss; report landscape damage to supervisor.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising discretion.
- Follow clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
- Successfully complete a background check, physical and a drug test including Marijuana.
