Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Bulk Tech position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Bulk Tech role consists of loading furniture and other bulky items to a truck and trailer and hauling it to the landfill. • Using a company truck and trailer, drive to up to 20 properties daily on assigned route
• Check in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary app
• Load heavy items to the truck using stacking techniques
• Haul items to the assigned landfill
• Empty items from the trailer or truck (depending on equipment used)
• Work quickly and efficiently to complete pickups in a timely manner

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  
  - 100 lbs at a time
• Must be able to get in and out of truck hundreds of dozens of times throughout the shift
• Must be able to work quickly
• Must be willing to get dirty; cannot be afraid of the smells at a landfill
• Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for 10+ hours at a time
• Must be able to work 5 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday from 3 AM to 11PM

• Driver's license and driving record in good standing

• $20-$22 per hour based on experience
• Overtime available to top performers
