Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their Commercial team, managing customer orders, queries and sales administration while working closely with Operations and Finance to keep everything running smoothly.

The Role
* Processing and managing customer orders
* Keeping customers updated on orders and deliveries
* Coordinating with Operations on availability, collections and deliveries
* Preparing quotations and sales documentation
* Monitoring outstanding orders and flagging potential delays
* Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
* Supporting sales reports and general commercial administration
* Liaising with Finance on customer and invoicing queries
* Handling customer queries and escalating issues where required
* Using SAP and internal systems
The Candidate
* Previous sales administration or customer service experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proactive and commercially aware
* Confident using IT systems
* SAP experience would be advantageous
* Reliable, professional and customer-focused
