IAM Service Lead

IAM Service Lead | Up to £100,000  5% Bonus I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment. The key priority for this role is strong operational IAM service leadership and ownership within a live BAU environment . The hiring team is looking for someone who has experience running and managing day-to-day IAM services, overseeing operational service delivery, managing performance and resolving service issues - rather than a profile focused primarily on IAM architecture, programme delivery or transformation.

UK-wide - based from nearest base location Up to £100K  5% bonus BPSS clearance required Must be UK-based The role You'll take ownership of IAM service delivery within a live operational environment, ensuring services run effectively while leading service performance, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Day-to-day operational ownership and leadership of IAM services within a BAU environment Managing operational service delivery, performance and service-related issues KPI/SLA management, reporting and service improvement IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model Leading service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing Stakeholder, risk and issue management Driving continuous service improvement and maintaining effective service governance What we're looking for We're looking for someone with proven operational IAM service leadership experience in a hybrid environment , who has taken ownership of live IAM services and understands the realities of running them day to day within BAU.

You should be able to demonstrate:
Direct ownership of operational IAM services in a BAU environment Experience leading day-to-day IAM service delivery and managing service performance Strong IAM service management, stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities The ability to manage operational issues, SLAs/KPIs and continuous improvement A broad technical understanding across IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI

Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra , Okta or Beyond Trust would be highly desirable. You don't need to be hands-on across every technology, but you must have sufficient technical understanding to lead the service confidently and, most importantly, demonstrate genuine operational ownership of IAM services . This is not primarily an IAM architecture, solution design or programme management role. The focus is on someone who has actually led and operated IAM services in a live BAU environment, alongside broader governance and service leadership responsibilities.

Clearance Candidates must be eligible for BPSS . We can consider ILR, Dependant visa and dual-national candidates , provided you currently live in the UK.
