Evri's Out of Home network plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding final-mile experience for our customers. As Parcel Shop Regional Manager , you'll lead a regional OOH team to drive performance, quality and growth across our Parcel Shop estate, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you'll combine operational expertise, commercial thinking and people leadership to future-proof our OOH network and support Evri's continued growth.

Leading and developing a regional team of Business Development Executives, driving performance, capability and engagement Implementing strategies to improve performance across the OOH Parcel Shop network and prepare it for future growth Proactively planning capacity, estate growth and service optimisation across your region Working closely with Network Development and senior stakeholders to shape the future OOH structure, using volume, revenue and location data to inform decisions Reviewing and optimising regional and BDE boundaries to ensure effective deployment and operational efficiency Owning Parcel Shop performance, including outward loss, service standards and quality improvement plans Driving collaboration with depot Operations teams to improve customer and Parcel Shop experience Ensuring cost efficiency across the regional OOH network Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance across the Parcel Shop estate Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution, using insight, data and strong stakeholder management Still interested?
