Position: Welder Fabricator (Contract)
BMR Solutions are currently recruiting Welders to work for our client who are an engineering company near Bristol.

Welder - contract

£26.50 p/h dependent on experience

Skills:

Welder / Flux Core / Fitter / Heavy Industry / Marine / Assembly

Responsibilities:

* Welding

* Assemble parts to the required specification

* Fabrication of heavy structures

* Refit / repair

* Marine modifications

* Pipe fitting

* Working to engineering drawings

* Installation of component parts

* Mechanical Build and fitting

* Working in a team to meet build targets

Knowledge and

Skills:

* Welding

* Flux core

* FCAW

* ARC welding

* Steel welding

* Stick welding

* Mechanical engineering skills (e.g. apprenticeship, qualification or relevant experience)

* Able to read engineering drawings and understand Bill of Materials

* Ability to understand mechanical design assembly

* Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

* Experience of assembling fabricated parts to engineering drawings

* Good dexterity with the ability to handle a variety of parts including sheet metal, machined and electrical components

* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Job Types: Contract

Pay: £26.50 p/h dependent on experience
