Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 23:00 – 07:00 (Night Shift)

Job Role of the Night Shift Production Shift Manager A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Production Shift Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing FMCG food manufacturing business operating within a high-volume production environment. The site is part of a larger, successful group supplying major UK retailers, with continued investment driving expansion and operational improvements. You will be responsible for leading a production shift team of approximately 20 employees, including operators and line leaders, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production throughout the night shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role (approximately 70% operational, 30% office-based), requiring strong visibility on the shop floor and the ability to support the team when required. Sector – FMCG / Food Manufacturing Structure of the Operation Factory Manager Unit Manager Shift Managers (x8) Operators & Line Leaders (approx. 20 per Shift Manager) Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Night Shift Production Shift Manager Minimum 2 years' supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to lead and manage production teams in a fast-paced setting.

Desirable Requirements for the Night Shift Production Shift Manager

Experience with in chilled, ambient, or high-care food manufacturing environments. Knowledge of BRC standards. Continuous improvement / lean manufacturing experience. The Night Shift Production Shift Manager Will Benefit From:
