Title – Security officer
Pay Rate – £13.45
Location – Avonmouth
Shift Timings – Full time, 4 on 4 off shift pattern , Day shifts and must be able to work weekends
Must have a drivers license and vehicle due to the location of the site

Your main responsibilities may include:
Patrolling the site
Communicating with other staff via radio
Manage the gatehouse and operate vehicle barriers.
Check driver identification, visitor passes, and contractor credentials.
Verify delivery documentation, bills of lading, and collection paperwork.
Log the arrival and departure times of all transport trucks and personnel
Conduct regular internal floor and exterior perimeter patrols.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and electronic access gates.
Inspect trailers, check cargo seals, and perform random exit searches.
Check fire doors, locks, and restricted storage areas
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
SIA License
CCTV License preferred not essential
CCTV Experience
Outstanding IT skills
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
5-year checkable work/career history.
Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
Possess the ability to work under pressure.
