What You'll Get as a Van Driver £13.76 per hour  holiday pay Adhoc work - no fixed end date No weekends - regular shifts, start times 03:00AM Free onsite parking Frequent opportunities often arise Your Role as a Van Driver Delivering car parts to industrial customers in a 75-mile radius. Loading/unloading of car parts of all shapes, sizes and weights Carefully delivering heavy items such as engines and oil drums Representing the client professionally and keeping customers satisfied Ensuring your assigned vehicle is well maintained and any defects are reported All paperwork and products on vehicle is checked to ensure accuracy with deliveries Consistent communication is maintained throughout shift Usually doing 6 regular deliveries of heavy goods per day as well as up to 4 additional body shop deliveries Must be comfortable driving a luton van and using a tail lift and pump truck What We're Looking For in a Van Driver Minimum 6 months of commercial van driving experience Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years) Maximum 6 penalty points Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude Able to carry out pre-delivery checks confidently Someone who wants ongoing work
