GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring four Warehouse Team Leaders at our Avonmouth site to drive daily operations. You will lead from the front, support the Shift Manager, and ensure safety, efficiency and service excellence on shift patterns.
The role is full-time and permanent with 10am-8pm 4 on 4 off or 10pm-6am and 2pm-10pm shifts, offering £35,000–£40,000 per year plus generous leave and benefits. You’ll join a proactive team and help improve KPIs and culture.
