Engineering Manager (Electrical / Manufacturing) £50,000 - £55,000 (OTE £62k)  2x Overtime  Days Only  Company Bonus  Progression Birmingham, West Midlands Are you an Engineering Manager or similar from an electrical background looking for a role managing multiple sites across the Midlands for an industry leading manufacturer who provide a range of bonuses and full autonomy? In this role you will be in responsible for coordinating teams across multiple sites, managing their workload and overseeing the maintenance of machinery and facilities.

You will be producing risk assessments and budgets, overseeing contractors, and managing the health & safety across sites. This company are a UK-wide organisation and are at the forefront of their industry. Some previous experience within a heavy engineering or manufacturing environment is ideal for this company but industry specifics will be shown. This role would suit an electrically biased Engineering Manager who has a background within manufacturing or heavy engineering, looking to advance their career into a senior position.

Overseeing maintenance of machinery, equipment, and site facilities Scheduling and supervising a small team and contractors Monday to Friday with an on call rota
