Axminster, Devon | Hybrid Working | Salary to £70k

Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to step up into a Head of Dept role?

This well-established and highly regarded law firm in Axminster, Devon is looking for you! This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a quality caseload while progressing your leadership abilities (supervision experience not needed – training will be given).

You will manage a broad litigation caseload including:

• Civil and commercial disputes
• Landlord & tenant matters
• Debt claims
• Contentious probate
• Property litigation

Work closely with other seniors across the firm, yet retain autonomy to run your files and department as you see appropriate.

Applications are welcomed from:

• Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3+ years' PQE in litigation

Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
