Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly hospitality environment set within a beautiful countryside location.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, pot wash, and back-of-house areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to carry out manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
