• Open and close job orders in the ERP system in accordance with the company’s policies and practices.
• Verify job orders are correct in the ERP system and investigate any discrepancies.
• Verify correct materials and correct lot numbers are being used on manufacturing lines.
• Print and distribute production schedules for manufacturing.
• Perform cycle counts (cartons, caps, labels, etc.).
• Assist with training new operators or training of standard operating procedures.
• Assist with analysis studies and OEE improvements under the director of the shift supervisor.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the shift supervisor.
• Fill in for line workers due to absences or vacation schedules.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• All other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask.
• Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May require bending or lifting.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and outside work.
