Schedule:
2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (must be available to work some Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $32 - $35/hour + Overtime Opportunities (based on experience)
DescriptionThis is a hands‑on maintenance role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. You will respond to production line calls, perform preventative maintenance, and support the installation and setup of equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to line calls and mechanical issues
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- Install, set up, and test new machinery
- Support continuous improvement of equipment performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work independently to resolve issues in a high‑demand environment
- 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with high‑speed automation equipment required
- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices
