We’re currently seeking Production Associates to excel in the following roles:

• Utility Operators
  :
  Responsible for maintaining and operating various utility systems and equipment, and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements essential for production. They ensure smooth, efficient operation and food safety compliance for the plant.
• Bulk Operators
  :
  Responsible for loading bulk delivery vessels and performing sanitation duties, maintaining food safety compliance in the bulk department.
• Elevator Operators
  :
  Operate and maintain elevators or lifts, and perform sanitation duties, ensuring safe movement of raw materials throughout the facility.
• Warehouse Operators
  :
  Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, forklift operation, and distributing raw materials and finished products, while maintaining food safety standards.
• Pack Operators
  :
  Operate pack equipment, process and pack products, and perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety compliance in the packaging department.

Physical requirements and working conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation)

• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day, climb ladders, steps, and extensions.
• Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below.
• Perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely.
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise) using PPE, including dust mask.
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Team members must be clean‑shaven for respiratory protection, ensuring proper seal of respirator (N‑95).
