We're currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their team on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). This is a direct hire position offering competitive pay from $34 to $36 per hour, plus regular overtime opportunities.

What You'll Do:

In this hands-on role, you'll:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment
  • Respond to urgent line calls and perform root cause analysis of equipment issues
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Install and support new equipment as operations evolve
You'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly in a dynamic, production-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or high-speed automated environment
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and independent troubleshooting capabilities
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting
  • High-Speed Automation experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools
