Rail Terminal Auto Unloader

Overview

PRS Auto is hiring immediately for individuals to unload (drive) new automobiles off of railcars, working at the Norfolk Southern (NS) Ayer, MA rail terminal. No experience is required in this entry level position as On the Job Training will teach you everything you need to know to be successful on the job. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth for individuals interested in a career in the rail industry.

PRS Auto has multiple locations nationwide and promotes qualified individuals for future advancement.

APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 45-minute commute of Ayer, MA. OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring relocation will NOT be considered. You will typically work first shift; however, schedules vary and you must be flexible for start and finish times. You must also be available during weekends and holidays.

This role involves unloading (driving) new automobiles off of railcars at the NS rail terminal in Ayer, MA.

Starting rate is $24/hr.

• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and a drug test.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs above your head, and climb various heights (Not afraid of heights).
• No GED or High School diploma is required.

You will be employed by PRS Auto and will not be an employee of the Railroad.
