We are currently recruiting for an Office Admin professional to join a busy and growing environment for our prestigious Long Crendon based client.

The ideal candidate as an office administrator will be accountable for overall office administration which includes day-to-day running and implementing procedures, managing digital and paper systems, and office postage.

You will be in charge of facilities and supplies in the office which includes ordering office stationary, managing office equipment, general office maintenance & liasing with suppliers (IT, cleaning, car leases, mobile phone contracts etc).

As an office administrator, you will be extra staff support for the HR team during processes such as new staff on-boarding, training, appraisal support, handling staff queries & assistance in recruitment processes.

During Company events and Office activities, you’ll be supporting the local management and sales teams with travel arrangements which includes scheduling and organising of internal & external meetings, travel expenses and catering details. You’ll also be the administration support for exhibitions.

As an office administrator, Health & Safety is very important in the office environment. Youll be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies, fire regulations, risk assessments & date protection (GDPR).

Additional tasks will include holiday and abscences for management & HR teams + overall requests from management.

Experience Needed

* Diploma of Higher Education (Minimum)

* 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role

What’s on offer:

 * £30,000 starting salary

* Working days:
Mon – Thurs 08:30am – 5pm with 1 hr lunch, Early finish on Friday 08:30 – 4pm with 1hr lunch
