Role Overview

We are currently recruiting an administrator to work in the reception area of a newly funded clinic location at Regents House in Aylesbury. This role covers the reception area of the building and provides administrative support for the two services operating from this building:
Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies and the Primary Care Mental Health Hub. It is a client‑facing position that prioritises staff wellbeing and patient care, and offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the reception area and manage inquiries via email and telephone from service users and professionals.
  • Maintain high‑quality administrative services for a large client base across the county.
  • Support daily operations for both Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies and the Primary Care Mental Health Hub.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Proficient keyboard, administrative and computer skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to travel for work purposes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and the willingness to undergo mandatory and statutory training.
